6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices Provolone or Swiss cheese (I used a smoked Provolone)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Place the chicken in a 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt and black pepper. Lay 1 slice of Provolone or Swiss Cheese on each chicken breast.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and half of the Parmesan cheese. Spread an equal amount over each chicken breast. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the Parmesan cheese. I also lightly sprinkle with a little more seasoned salt for color!
Place in a 375 degree oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until bubbly and browning!
