My husband's aunt put marshmallows (chopped up) in hers and it was delicious! I use pickle relish, maybe some onion, occasionally some chopped pecans, plus the pimentos, and I like to grate my own cheese. It's just better than the pre-grated. Mama always used sharp cheddar, but I like to combine that with Colby.
